His career has primarily been in the direct marketing industry where he led companies in strategy, execution, acquisitions, and marketing. Caitlin has a broad range of experience in the advertising and marketing fields with work in radio, print, and event marketing with an emphasis in fashion events. Caitlin joined the Sway Team after owning her own events and PR firm in Milwaukee Originally from Wisconsin, Caitlin has also worked in marketing in both New Mexico and Colorado. She graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Journalism and an emphasis in Creative Writing.
